Ploy is a member of the Portfolio team.
Prior to Cinven, Ploy was a Senior Consultant in the Climate Change & Sustainability team at Baringa Partners, where she delivered ESG and decarbonisation strategy support to financial services clients. Before that, she was an associate in asset-backed structuring at Goldman Sachs.
Ploy has an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
She joined Cinven in 2023.
