Michael Weber

Michael is a member of the regional team for DACH.
Prior to joining Cinven, Michael was a Senior Partner and member of the Investment Committee at the Riverside Europe Fund, responsible for investment activities in the DACH region and leading the Software and Technology sector investment team in Europe. Prior to joining Riverside, Michael worked at Auctus Capital Partners. Michael began his career at The Boston Consulting Group as a strategy consultant.
Dr. Michael has a PhD in strategic management/ decision making theory from LMU Munich University, Germany.
He joined Cinven in 2024.
