Jason Shih

Jason is a member of the Capital Markets team and leads Cinven’s capital markets activities in the US.

He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Archer, Arxada (formerly LSI), BioAgilytix, Jaggaer, National Seating & Mobility, Nitel, Taxwell (formerly Drake Software) and Ufinet International II.

Prior to joining Cinven, Jason worked in financial sponsors coverage at Credit Suisse in New York, and in securities litigation at Berkeley Research Group in California.

Jason holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. Economics plus a B.S. Environmental Economics & Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.

He joined Cinven in 2019.
