Holly Pilkington

Holly is Cinven’s HR Manager and provides support across the firm on a broad range of people-related matters.
Prior to joining Cinven, Holly was the HR Manager at Livingbridge, worked at Charterhouse LLP, and started her career at Accenture, as part of the Sales and Business Development team.
Holly holds a Music Degree from Southampton University.
She joined Cinven in 2023.
