European private equity firm Cinven announces the promotion of three Partners.
Maxim Crewe, Partner
Maxim joined Cinven in 2006 and is a member of the Financial Services sector team. He has been involved in a number of transactions including Avolon, Guardian Financial Services and Partnership. Previously he worked at Citigroup in corporate finance within the European Retail and Consumer Group. Maxim has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.
Pontus Pettersson, Partner
Pontus joined Cinven in 2011 and is a member of the Nordic regional team and Industrials sector team. He has been involved in several transactions including CeramTec and Prezioso. Previously, Pontus was a Principal at KKR in London, Tokyo and Menlo Park. Prior to this, he worked at Altor Equity Partners in Stockholm. Pontus started his career at Goldman Sachs. He has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Yalin Karadogan, Partner
Yalin joined Cinven in 2006. He is a member of the Investor Relations team where he has responsibility for the EMEA region. He is also a member of the Investment team, covering Emerging Europe. Yalin has worked on a number of transactions including Pronet. Prior to joining Cinven, he spent eight years with J.P. Morgan Partners, in New York and London. Previously, he was with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. Yalin holds a BA in Mathematics & Economics from Lafayette College, USA.
